The room was spacious, comfortable bed, reliable WiFi, convenient location near supermarkets and train station. Excellent service from the restaurant waiter, free on-site parking.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The breakfast is excellent. The location is central in Kongsberg. Everything within easy walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants, railway station etc. Good restaurants nearby. Staff competent and friendly.

The location of this hotel is fantastic – right across the street from the train station and close to everything. the rooms are spacious and clean with warm heated bathroom floors. the breakfast offers continental options and plenty of delicious cheese. the staff is helpful and provide great advice on things to do in the area.

There can be some noise issues at night, as reported by other guests.

Staff are very helpful, even to a relative of ours who was not a guest but needed some help booking an appointment on line and did not speak the language.

Breakfast could be a little bit more interesting and varied. After three days eating the same hot food it was getting a bit too much.

Good breakfast buffet, plenty of options including fresh fruit and pastries. Convenient location for exploring the city, situated near the main train station and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Clean and well-maintained facilities.

Noise from nearby traffic and construction made it difficult to sleep at night. Room decor was outdated and furnishings were worn. Staff were not very accommodating, seemed uninterested in answering questions or providing information. not a great value for the price.

The price was affordable and the Christmas decoration was impressive, creating a cozy atmosphere. the staff was quite friendly.

The bathroom was too cramped and there was no ventilation, resulting in a musty odor. the breakfast buffet was average and the hot food was cold.

Breakfast - Toaster was not working properly only toasted on 1 side, Hot choices looked like they had been there a while.

The location of this hotel was superb as it was conveniently situated right across from the train station, making transportation extremely easy. Additionally, the hotel facilities were impressive with a modern bathroom and a great selection of tea and coffee. The staff were very helpful in providing local recommendations and the hotel was exceptionally clean.

The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the added amenities, such as the WiFi router in the room and the option to connect with a cable for a reliable internet connection. Additionally, having two supermarkets nearby gave us the flexibility to choose between dining at the hotel or exploring other dining options in the area.
